When it comes to Warranty, Kortex Automation Pvt Ltd. provides a minimum of 1 year of warranty to its customers with all the products. Warranty is a promise given by Kortex Automation Pvt Ltd. to cover various defects and repairs over an allotted amount of time. Warranty can also be extended according to the requirement of customer and nature of Product.
According to the company policy, under the normal specified use and service, the Base Warranty covers any failures of the Product that result from a defect in our material or factory workmanship arising during the warranty period. The coverage of the Product during the Base Warranty starts either on the initial start-up date or on the date of delivery. If anything happens to the product that is under warranty, Our Maintenance Engineer will visit you as soon as possible and look after the fault and solve your problem.

Kortex Automation Pvt Ltd provides a minimum of 1 Year of warranty (warranty can be extended as per product). If the product is under warranty period and anything happens to the product, in that case, the company only covers manufacturing defects and with that, we also provide yearly service and maintenance. Accessories and Parts of our manufactured products are easily available to us. If anything happens to the product that is under warranty, Our Maintenance Engineer will visit you as soon as possible and look after the fault and solve your problem.

When it comes to Industrial Products & Services, Maintenance is the most important thing to increase the life of a product and make it work even better in all situations. Maintenance is the discipline and profession of applying engineering concepts for the optimization of equipment, procedures, and departmental budgets to achieve better maintainability, reliability, and availability of equipment.
We provide 2 types of Maintenances
A) Preventive Maintenance
B) Breakdown Maintenance
A) Preventive Maintenance: Preventive maintenance is maintenance that is regularly performed on a piece of equipment to lessen the likelihood of it failing. It is performed while the equipment is still working so that it does not break down unexpectedly
Types of preventive maintenance
- Calendar-based maintenance. A recurring work order is scheduled for when a specified time interval is reached in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Usage-based maintenance. Meter readings are used and logged in the CMMS.
- Predictive maintenance.
- Prescriptive maintenance.
B) Breakdown Maintenance:
Breakdown maintenance is maintenance performed on equipment that has broken down and is unusable. It is based on a breakdown maintenance trigger. It may be either planned or unplanned.
Installation as per requirement
The installation process is according to the requirement of the Customer. While buying the product from us, if the customer says that the Installation process has to be done from our side, then our team reaches the location where Generator has to be installed, calculates the load, and many other factors and accordingly they proceed further. If the Customer says that they will install the product, in that case, we only give product delivery to the registered address and our team continuously co-ordinates with the customer if they face any trouble in Installation. Generator unloading policy would be as per company’s terms and conditions.
There are 4 Steps for Generator Installation
– Choose a Location. A home consultation will help you pick a location for the generator.
– Installation. Prepare the site with a concrete slab or pea gravel.
– Connecting Fuel and Electrical. Fuel line is connected.
– Outage Simulation.
